Practice Management

This division of our PM&A Library covers all aspects of chiropractic practice management, excluding practice marketing. 1. The 3 Goals — The 3 Goals provides the general blueprint we have found over the last 25 years that is the most effective in growing and sustaining a profitable and happy chiropractic practice.

2. Business (Accounting, etc.) Is your business solvent, legal and financially secure? This section includes forms and procedures to help make sure it is.

3. Leadership — This provides a guideline of essential duties the Clinic Director can refer to to help her or him keep the office motivated and on task.

4. Office Management (HR, HIPAA, etc.) This directory comprises office management procedures, including hiring, training, staff reviews, etc.

5. Marketing – Everyone promotes health.  This provides the necessary forms and information to build your marketing department from the ground up.  Having a firm marketing department will help with retention, reactivation, community involvement and business building.

11. Billing, Pt. Accounts — This section covers some of the most basic duties of the department, including insurance billing to patient financial consultations.

12. Miscellaneous (Forms, etc.,)  Everything else that didn’t fit on any other shelf.
